What's my Katy home worth and how much can I save with TM Real Estate?

Welcome Home to Katy!

Katy is a city within the Greater Houston area of Texas, centered at the tri-point of the Fort Bend, Waller, and Harris counties. This railroad town is known for its great schools and historical town square, and there are some delightful homes for sale in Katy.

One of the highlights of the city is the Katy Independent School District, which is a top rated district in the state of Texas. It includes three elementary schools, two middle schools, and two high schools. There are also two gifted charter schools located in the area. Katy has a campus for HCC Northwest College and the well-known University of Houston recently broke ground on a campus located within the city.

There are plenty of options for things to do in Katy. The Katy Mills Mall is wildly popular, featuring stores like Yankee Candle, Rue 21, Old Navy, Hot Topic, Coach, and many food locations. The city throws their annual Katy Rice Harvest Festival, which is a two-day event filled with live entertainment, food, crafts, and a carnival that can be enjoyed by everyone. Speaking of fun for the family, Katy is home to the Typhoon Texas amusement park, the Katy Visual and Performing Arts Center, the Mary Jo Peckham Community Center, and even an absolutely wonderful dog park. Thanks to fantastic schools and a great array of entertainment options, Katy is the kind of place you want to call home.
